Terms and Conditions for Affillation

  1. GENERAL
  1. Trust / Society / NGO seeking permission to implement the GCC Universal Healthcare System Program in their Organization should apply in the prescribed application form with all the necessary enclosures.
  2. The powers to accept or reject the application of the Organization / NGO for implementing the Universal Healthcare System shall exclusively rest with GCC.
  3. GCC provides life time membership to the NGOs. However, it will be renewed every year.
  4. The Council Members of GCC have full authority to cancel the Affiliation at any time without assigning any reason or notice, if the NGO/Institution shall be found engaging in illegal activities or violating the GCC terms and conditions.
  5. GCC will provide affiliation to Organizations of those who are willing to implement the G-Care Healthcare Services program on the following terms and conditions: Life Time Affiliation for Members:
    An amount of Rs.10,000 /- (Rupees Ten thousand only) should be paid towards Membership Enrollment Fees by all Members who are applying for Affiliation.
Special Recognition/Accreditation Category:
  1. State Deemed Chapters (Accreditation by GCC):

    The Organizations who are nominated as State Chapters of respective state will have to pay an additional amount of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand only) per annum towards establishment fees apart from Life Time Affiliation Fee.

  2. District Deemed Coordinators (Accreditation by GCC):

    The Organizations who are nominated as district coordinators should pay an additional amount of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) per annum apart from Life Time Affiliation Fee.

  1. FUNDING
    1. GCC will explore all possibilities for financial assistance to NGOs to implement this program effectively from National and International Funding Agencies- based on the evaluation report after 6 months period from the date NGO start implementing the GCC Universal Healthcare System.
    2. NGOs should organize Awareness program, Fund Raising Program as per the guidelines of GCC in their respective places. NGO will get 80% of the funds raised by them for their Universal Healthcare System and the 10% should be sent to State GCC and 10% should be sent to National GCC for further support.
    3. GCC will support NGO in the following areas in due course of time. (Depends on the involvement of the NGO in implementing the Universal Healthcare System in their area of operation)
    1. Arrange Funding to establish Diagnostic Lab with required Gadgets and materials for the Blood Test and others.
    2. Arrange Funding to establish Dispensaries in remote villages.
    3. Arrange Funding to purchase vehicle to take the Medical Team to un-reachable villages.
    4. Arrange Funding to purchase free medicines for the orphan & Poor Patients from the licensed Pharmaceuticals.
    5. NGOs should not provide any medicines to the patients of their own.
  2. INFRASTURCTURE AND BUILDING:
    1. Minimum infrastructure facilities as prescribed by GCC are essential for implementing GCC program.
    2. The organization /NGO should have an office and basic Clinical Laboratory Facilities with a Computer.
    3. The organization should establish Dispensaries attached to their Head Office for Universal Healthcare System within a period of one year for which GCC will give support.
  3. MANAGEMENT OF THE INSTITUTION
    1. Organization/NGO or its representatives should not issue any medicines to the patients without the approval of the GCC and the District Medical Officer or the concerned Government officials in their respective area.
    2. Organization/NGO can issue medicines as prescribed only by the Qualified Registered Medical Practitioner.     3. The management of the Organization/NGO should not collect from the public any other amount than the amount prescribed by GCC.
    4. The Organization/NGO should maintain the following records:
      1. Staff Attendance Register
      2. Patients Follow-up register (As suggested by GCC)
      3. Visitors Note Book
      4. Events Register
      5. Healthcare Services Program Inventory
      6. Staff Salary register
      7. Separate Cash Book for Universal Healthcare System
      8. Medical Camp Register
      9. And Other Registers as per the GCC Norms periodically.
    5. The Calendar year should be from January to December every year.
    6. All advertisements or promotional activities must be approved by GCC Central Program Office, Chennai.
    7. Organization/NGO can run the skill training programs offered by GCC accredited with NSDC.
    8. The Organization /NGO should make efforts to have their own Ambulance / Mobile Lab for better implementation of the program.

The Organization /NGO should form a Local Advisory Committee to implement Universal Healthcare System.

Any disputes arising out of transactions between GCC and the NGO will be set aright in the court of law under the jurisdiction of Chennai.
