Cancellation
  1. As a general rule you shall not be entitled to cancel your service (Health-Checkup or doctor consultation) once you have already initiated the health-checkup or doctor consultation. If you cancel after checkup report is generated, or doctor consultation is over, you will need to pay the complete amount as per generated invoice.
  2. In an unlike case of problem with the health-checkup machine, you will be entitled to cancel the entire order and shall be entitled to a refund in accordance with our refund policy.
  3. We reserve the sole right to cancel/refuse to provide/continue services in the following circumstance:
  • In the event of physical tampering with the machine;
  • Not complying with the checkup procedure/requirements
  • Using abusive/inappropriate language during consultation
  • Unavailability of the health-checkups or required doctors
  • Refunds
    1. 1. You shall be entitled to a refund only if you pre-pay for your health checkup or doctor consultation on the Platform and only in the event of any of the following circumstances:
      • Machine is unable to generate report for your health checkup
      • Unable to connect to the required doctor for consultation
      • Unable to communicate to the doctor after starting of consultation
    2. Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.
    3. All refund amounts shall be credited to your account within 3-4 business days in accordance with the terms that may be stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit / debit card.
