Cancellation
- As a general rule you shall not be entitled to cancel your service (Health-Checkup or doctor consultation) once you have already initiated the health-checkup or doctor consultation. If you cancel after checkup report is generated, or doctor consultation is over, you will need to pay the complete amount as per generated invoice.
- In an unlike case of problem with the health-checkup machine, you will be entitled to cancel the entire order and shall be entitled to a refund in accordance with our refund policy.
- We reserve the sole right to cancel/refuse to provide/continue services in the following circumstance:
Refunds
- 1. You shall be entitled to a refund only if you pre-pay for your health checkup or doctor consultation on the Platform and only in the event of any of the following circumstances:
- Machine is unable to generate report for your health checkup
- Unable to connect to the required doctor for consultation
- Unable to communicate to the doctor after starting of consultation
- Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.
- All refund amounts shall be credited to your account within 3-4 business days in accordance with the terms that may be stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit / debit card.
