Let us introduce ourselves that we are G-Care Council and our parent organization is Gandhi Foundation (GF), established in the year of 2008 and born out of the Grace and Blessings Lord Sree Balasubramaniyar of Siruvapuri Village of Tamil Nadu. The idea to extend healthcare services to the rural people, especially for the downtrodden, at par with services available at Multi Speciality Hospital in cities, was conceived in the mind of our chairman and incubated for a decade, with a vision to help the rural people stay healthy across our Nation.

G-Care Council (GCC) is an extended arm of Gandhi Foundation and is a federation of 450 NGOs (Civil Society Organizations) working in the rural area, focusing on health care services for the past 6 years. The innovative technology of G Care Health-KISOK (ATM) has created a platform for healthcare services more accessible and affordable. GCC has decided to roll out India’s best Telemedicine Project and Practice (i.e.) Global Technology to the Grass Root Level [G-Care], ICT enabled model health care delivery Systems in Allopathy & AYUSH at doorsteps. GCC will create an E-infrastructure at village level through our telemedicine centres to facilitate the delivery of health care advises and knowledge towards preventive, promotive health, to the citizens of India at their easy access point. This has been proved as an innovative and successful approach and providing direct access to affordable healthcare services to the masses consistently.

G-Care Council (GCC) has collaborated with Governments of Puducherry and established 30 Kiosks at different locations out of 121 locations identified in Puducherry Union Territory. Likewise, about 3300 locations have been identified in Tamil Nadu and the negotiations are underway with the State Government to install G-Care KIOSKS at 3300 PHC locations, marching towards our goal of extending our footprints across the country. Besides above, we have submitted our proposals to the state governments of Odisha, Bihar, Arunachal Pradesh and Nagaland, for installing Health- KIOSK (ATM) across these states. The negotiations are on with Indian Railways for installing the KIOSKS at various railway stations and other railway properties across the country. The future plan of G-Care Council is to present its unique Telemedicine Practice PAN India level in a collaborative way with Government, Corporate, International Agencies and other like- minded civil society organization to cater each and every individual to access and avail healthcare services from remote areas at an affordable cost.

Our core intention is to support the population in terms of affordable healthcare services across the country, be it urban or rural, through our KIOSKS which can be achieved only with larger partnership. So, we are looking for like- minded civil society organizations across states, enrolling themselves as members of G-Care Council and forge an association with us in spreading the sustainable and affordable healthcare services to the needy-ones across our nation.
